What makes you stand out?
Everybody is walking around nowadays looking good (or at least faking it well). Pollish your look. Add finishing touches. A collar bar is a beautiful addition to an already great look. A “four in hand” knot is preferable.
Be careful, do not over accessorize. DO NOT try to wear a tie slide with this look. Beauty lies in simplicity.
Walking trough central park with my cuz, his daughter and Luca (this beautiful creature), we decided to stop and chill for a minute. I was taking a ton of pictures as usual and I look over and see Luca sniffing around.
Funny enough I began to think of a really good friend of mine. It seems that sometimes in relationships we resort to natural instincts and miss the fact that we are stuck in something that isn’t real.
I think Luca was a little bit disappointed but mostly confused. Often is the case when we are (pardon the expression) barking up the wrong tree. Somehow Luca could plainly see that this other dog was not real but, but, WTF bro!!! Why would someone do that. Why would someone make a potential partner that wasn’t real?
Better yet, why would this dog have his ass all out if she wasn’t real?
That is okay logic for a dog I guess but my friend can plainly see that the person who’s ass they are sniffing, is far from a situation that can be real.
It is often difficult to see if we don’t want to see it
but if Luca can see it…
Don’t be afraid of patterns. Just study them before you try them. Patterns can be stunning when mixed properly. If done improperly you may give someone an epileptic seizure. Not cool.
Why I love my ipad…
When I got this thing it was really because I wanted to show my photos in a way that would do them justice. (not tooting my horn or anything). I have had this thing for about a month now and besides being the jerk that tells you that he has an “app” for that, I have been able to showcase any and all photos that I want, in a way that leaves clients and potential clients thoroughly impressed. Yes I understand that people will be just as impressed with Apple’s extremely smooth and crisp interface as any photo I may show them but that is the genius of this thing.
Apple has made a killing with their brilliant marketing. Not only do people believe they need Apple products when they really don’t, Apple has made their brand name synonymous with industry standard. I will never forget a woman that I know asking me if I knew how much the Sony ipod costs. Anyway, why the hell shouldn’t I use Apple’s millions of dollars of research to showcase my photos? Any picture that I show on the ipad looks exactly as it does on the display that I edit the photo on.
Not only do I watch movies and television shows and listen to music on the ipad but it is the nicest portfolio I have ever had.
The most important thing about it is that Dolce and Gabbana is making a case for it. LV too but Dolce!!! I have nothing else to say.
I’m back!!! While fighting everyday through family issues, struggling to stay sane maintaining integrity and staying on the positive side of manic depression, I’ve become exhausted. I am dealing with it. I’m approaching goals that I didn’t think I would ever reach. But I’m here. I’m elated to still have breath in my lungs. Stay tuned.
Doing music at the fruit tree planting foundation benefit. Every time I’m here I get freaked out. They have this insanely potent chocolate and they give it out like water. It gets you HIGH. The venue is pretty cool. They have an awesome Buddha head dramatically lit and I’m really digging it. The photog in me wouldn’t let me not take this pic.
As I look through photos from a recent shoot, I realize that I am concerned with nothing more than creating beautiful images. I have met some of the most amazing people and made some great friends through exploring my passion. I have also met some serious fashionistas. Jill here is one Fab Filipino.
